DELIVERY
DATE/TIME - RESERVATIONS
It
is very important to reserve a delivery
date and time of delivery as soon as you
know when and where you would like the
product to be delivered. Because all fundraising
products are made to order, it is necessary
to reserve dates and times on a first
come first serve basis as only a limited
amount of product can be produced for
each date.
When
you reserve your delivery date and time,
you will also be asked how many members
of your organization will be selling the
product and how many days they will have
to complete their sales efforts. This
information is necessary so that we may
try to estimate, through historical data,
how much product your organization will
sell.
ACCEPTED
FORMS OF PAYMENT
We accept the following forms of payment:
Cash, Check, Money Order and MasterCard
or Visa Credit Cards.
CREDIT
TERMS
All
orders are payable upon delivery. Seven
day credit terms are available once a
credit application has been completed
and a satisfactory credit check has been
completed on the organization. The credit
application must be completed and returned
to Classi-Co. Foods at least 7 days prior
to the delivery date so that adequate
time exists for the credit check.
SALES
TAX
There
are certain groups and organizations that
can claim exemption from Sales Tax. If
your group can claim exemption from Sales
Tax, by using one of the reasons stated
on page 2 of the Sales and Use Tax Exemption
Certificate and has a valid license, permit
or exemption number; please fill out and
return the completed certificate to Classi-Co
Foods. If you cannot claim exemption,
Sales Tax will be charged on your order.
If exemption does not exist, a form need
not be completed or kept on file.
ORDER
PLACEMENT
Order
totals must be placed 7 business days
prior to the delivery date. Orders can
be place during normal office hours, Monday
through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
We
will make every attempt to add on to an
order if the request is made within a
reasonable amount of time. Again, product
is made to order and sometimes requires
days to prepare.
SHORTAGES
Our
Classi-Co. Foods delivery person will
count your order with you, upon delivery.
Any problem will then be noted on your
invoice; clearly showing receiver's and
driver's signatures. Shortages must be
reported to the delivery driver or the
office at the time of delivery. It is
your responsibility to inspect each box
thoroughly.
